Right of return

RIGHT OF RETURN FOR PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM THE ONLINE STORE

If the customer is not satisfied with their e-commerce order, they have a 30-day right of exchange and return. Please note that the right to return is conditional on the customer handling and adjusting the product carefully without damaging it. Note! Please always contact Mira customer service first so that we can instruct you with the return. Please note that it is not possible to return custom-made products or customized (embroidery, other alterations) products.

The product must be returned in its original condition, the tags in place and packed in the original packaging. The returned product must be unused, intact and clean. Mira may reject returns if the product is not in merchantable condition. We will only exchange and refund the product once we have received the original product back. Once the original product has been returned to Mira, we will send the new product to the customer without delay unless the customer is informed otherwise. Please note that in complaints about customized products, Mira has the right to correct the error and therefore the product must be sent to Mira for repair.

If you have received a false, damaged or defective product, please take pictures of the product and its packaging and send them to mira@mira.fi so that we can take the necessary measures to rectify the situation.

Refunds will only be made once the original product has been returned to Mira. We always return the money with the payment method the customer has used to make their online store purchase. Paypal returns are refunded through Paypal and we refund online banking payments to the customer’s account. In these cases, we will ask the customer for an account number in IBAN format, based on which the money will be returned to the correct account.

RIGHT OF RETURN OF CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

Please note that our custom-made products are non-refundable. Please note that all orders for bespoke clothing are binding after the approval of the model image and therefore the order cannot be completely canceled afterwards. If the customer cancels the order after the picture has been drawn, Mira has the right to charge him for the material costs and labor costs incurred in Mira’s processes before the order is canceled.

Mira wants to serve each of its customers with 100% satisfaction, and therefore Mira will be happy to correct the problem in the custom-made garment afterwards. In this case, please contact mira@mira.fi or the dealer through whom the original order was placed.
